These Sweepstakes Rules (these “Rules”) govern the promotional sweepstakes offered on the Club AXO platform (the “Platform”) operated by Club AXO LLC (the “Sponsor”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Rules are to be read together with the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Boost Squad Rules and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Capitalised terms used but not defined in these Rules have the meanings given in clause 1 of the Terms and Conditions.
1.1 Sponsor. The sponsor of the sweepstakes is Club AXO LLC.
1.2 Sponsor particulars.
Legal name: Club AXO LLC
Assumed or fictitious names: None. The sweepstakes is operated under the legal name Club AXO LLC.
Jurisdiction of formation: State of Wyoming, United States
Registered business address: 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801
1.3 Enquiries. General enquiries concerning the sweepstakes, including enquiries as to the preparation of a free-entry request, should be directed to support@clubaxo.com. Enquiries as to the status of a free-entry request already posted should be directed to amoe@clubaxo.com. Legal notices should be directed to legal@clubaxo.com.
1.4 Entries not accepted by email. Free entries may not be submitted by email to any address. The postal request address for mail-in entries is set out at clause 6.2 and differs from the registered business address at clause 1.2.
2.1 Criteria. To participate you must:
2.1.1 be at least 21 years of age;
2.1.2 be a legal resident of, and be physically located in, a jurisdiction of the United States in which the Sponsor is permitted to operate;
2.1.3 hold and control only one Account and participate only on your own behalf; and
2.1.4 not be an employee, officer or contractor of the Company, or an immediate family member of any of them, where participation would create a conflict of interest.
2.2 Excluded States. Sweeps Coin play and redemption are not available in the following States: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Washington.
2.3 Void where prohibited. The sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2.4 Enforcement. Location is verified at registration, login, game launch, purchase and redemption. The list of Excluded States at clause 2.2 is enforced at each of those five points and is the list enforced by the Sponsor’s systems.
2.5 Change of residence. Where you relocate to an Excluded State, or your State of residence is added to clause 2.2, clause 7 of the Terms and Conditions applies. A Redeemable Sweeps Coin balance is not forfeited by reason of relocation.
3.1 The sweepstakes operates on a continuing basis until varied, suspended or terminated by the Sponsor.
3.2 An individual promotion or giveaway within the Platform may carry its own commencement and expiry dates, which will be disclosed at the time it is offered.
4.1 Two currencies. The Platform uses two separate virtual currencies. Gold Coins are used to play games for entertainment only, have no monetary value, and are not redeemable for prizes. Sweeps Coins may not be purchased, may be obtained free of charge by the methods set out at clause 5, and, once played in accordance with clause 7, may be redeemed for prizes where permitted.
4.2 Value. One Sweeps Coin has a redemption value of one United States dollar (1 SC = $1.00). That rate applies wherever a Sweeps Coin balance, minimum, threshold or limit is expressed in dollars in these Rules, in the Terms and Conditions, or on the Platform.
5.1 Methods. Sweeps Coins may be obtained by the following methods only:
5.1.1 as a free bonus accompanying a Gold Coin purchase;
5.1.2 through a daily login bonus;
5.1.3 through promotions, giveaways and similar offers;
5.1.4 through the alternative method of entry described at clause 6; or
5.1.5 through Boost Squad, as described at clause 10 and in the Boost Squad Rules.
5.2 Parity. Each Sweeps Coin, once credited to an Account, carries the same value, the same odds and the same redemption rights as every other Sweeps Coin, irrespective of the method by which it was obtained.
5.3 Quantity. The number of Sweeps Coins granted differs between methods. The number applicable to each method is published where that method is described.
6.1 No purchase required. No purchase, deposit or payment of any kind is required to obtain Sweeps Coins.
6.2 Form of request. To request Sweeps Coins by post, hand-print the following on a plain white, unfolded and unlined piece of paper or card measuring 4 inches by 6 inches: your full legal name; the email address and telephone number associated with your Account; your Club AXO player identification number; and a statement requesting Sweeps Coins and confirming your acceptance of these Rules and of the Terms and Conditions. Enclose the request in a stamped #10 envelope and post it to:

6.3 Conditions. The following conditions apply to a request under clause 6.2:
6.3.1 one request per envelope;
6.3.2 the request must be posted from the same State as the residential address registered to your Account;
6.3.3 a request is valid for 60 days from your last login;
6.3.4 there is no limit on the number of requests which may be submitted;
6.3.5 each valid request receives 5 Sweeps Coins; and
6.3.6 requests are ordinarily processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt.
6.4 Variation of quantity. The Sponsor may vary the number of Sweeps Coins granted under clause 6.3.5 and will publish any variation at this clause before it takes effect.
6.5 Status of AMOE Sweeps Coins. Sweeps Coins obtained under this clause 6 carry the same value, the same odds and the same redemption rights as Sweeps Coins obtained by any other method. They are not Bonus Sweeps Coins, are not subject to the purchase-linked conditions at clause 11.2, and are not forfeited by the purchase-related grounds at clause 8.2.1.
6.6 Status enquiries. The status of a posted request may be enquired of at amoe@clubaxo.com, quoting the name and player identification number stated on the request.
6.7 Address does not accept entries. The address at clause 6.6 accepts status enquiries only. An emailed request does not constitute an entry and will not be entered. No email address accepts entries. Posting a request to the address at clause 6.2 is the only means of submitting a free entry.
7.1 Requirement. Sweeps Coins must satisfy the applicable Playthrough Requirement before becoming Redeemable Sweeps Coins. Only Redeemable Sweeps Coins are eligible for redemption. The standard multiplier is 1x.
7.2 Purchase-accompanied Sweeps Coins. Where Sweeps Coins accompany a Gold Coin purchase, the Playthrough Requirement is calculated against the value of that purchase. At the standard multiplier of 1x, Sweeps Coins equal to that purchase amount must be played before the balance becomes redeemable. Your outstanding Playthrough Requirement is displayed in your Account.
7.3 Sweeps Coins obtained free of charge. Where Sweeps Coins are obtained through AMOE, a daily login bonus, Boost Squad, or a promotion requiring no purchase, no purchase amount exists against which to calculate, and the requirement is that each Sweeps Coin be played once. Free entry is not subject to a wagering requirement calculated by reference to a purchase which the participant has not made, and a participant who has made no purchase may satisfy the Playthrough Requirement in full by play.
7.4 Promotion-specific requirements. A promotion may carry a multiplier other than the standard 1x. Where it does, the applicable requirement will be stated with the offer before you accept it, and the amount outstanding will be displayed in your Account while it remains active.
7.5 Outstanding promotional bonuses. Where a promotional bonus carries an outstanding wagering requirement, redemption is suspended until that requirement is satisfied. You may instead elect to forfeit the bonus at any time, which releases the remainder of your balance for redemption and forfeits the Bonus Sweeps Coins and any winnings derived from them. The election and its consequences are displayed before confirmation.
8.1 Definition. Bonus Sweeps Coins are Sweeps Coins obtained as a free bonus accompanying a Gold Coin purchase, through a daily login bonus, through a promotion or giveaway, or through Boost Squad. Sweeps Coins obtained through AMOE are not Bonus Sweeps Coins.
8.2 Grounds of forfeiture. Forfeiture may occur in the following circumstances, and in no others:
8.2.1 Chargeback or payment dispute. Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated in respect of a purchase on your Account, the Bonus Sweeps Coins associated with that purchase are forfeited automatically and the Account wallet is locked pending review. This applies to any chargeback, including one initiated in error. Initiating a dispute without first contacting support constitutes a breach of the Terms and Conditions, and clause 13 of those Terms sets out the consequences in full.
8.2.2 Breach of the Terms and Conditions, including the anti-money-laundering provisions at clause 15 and the prohibited-conduct provisions at clause 18 of those Terms.
8.2.3 Circumvention of responsible-gaming controls, including the opening of additional Accounts to evade a limit or self-exclusion.
8.2.4 Misrepresentation or concealment of location, including through a virtual private network or proxy server.
8.2.5 Under-age participation. Where the Account holder is found to be under 21, all gameplay is void, purchases are refunded to the original payment method, and Sweeps Coin balances, winnings and pending redemptions are forfeited.
8.2.6 Lifetime self-exclusion. Any remaining Gold Coin balance is forfeited. Any Redeemable Sweeps Coin balance is processed for a final redemption and is not forfeited.
8.2.7 Failure to satisfy prize eligibility or verification requirements under clause 12.
8.2.8 Expiry, where a balance expires by reason of the Account becoming Dormant, or where a promotional grant reaches the end of the window stated with that promotion, in accordance with clause 9.
8.3 Relocation not a ground. Relocation to an Excluded State is not a ground of forfeiture. Clause 7 of the Terms and Conditions applies.
8.4 AMOE Sweeps Coins. Sweeps Coins obtained under clause 6 are not subject to clause 8.2.1, no purchase being involved. Such Sweeps Coins may be frozen pending investigation of suspected fraud and remain subject to the grounds at clauses 8.2.2 to 8.2.8.
9.1 Basis of expiry. Sweeps Coins do not expire by reference to a fixed period from the date of credit. Expiry is triggered by inactivity on the Account. A promotion may separately attach a shorter window to the Sweeps Coins it grants.
9.2 Dormancy. An Account is Dormant once 90 consecutive days have elapsed without Qualifying Activity.
9.3 Qualifying Activity. Any of the following constitutes Qualifying Activity and resets the period at clause 9.2 in full from the date it occurs:
9.3.1 logging in to the Account;
9.3.2 claiming a daily login bonus;
9.3.3 playing any quantity of Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins; or
9.3.4 making a Gold Coin purchase, or submitting a free postal request which is received by the Sponsor.
9.4 No minimum. There is no requirement to play Sweeps Coins specifically and no minimum quantity of play. A single login is sufficient.
9.5 Balances which expire on dormancy. On an Account becoming Dormant: (a) any remaining Gold Coin balance expires, Gold Coins having no monetary value and not being redeemable at any time; and (b) any Bonus Sweeps Coins which have not satisfied the applicable Playthrough Requirement expire, together with any winnings locked behind that requirement. Such balances are not restored on a subsequent return to the Account.
9.6 Redeemable Sweeps Coins do not expire on dormancy. Redeemable Sweeps Coins are not expired or forfeited by reason of inactivity. Redeemable Sweeps Coins carry a stated redemption value of $1.00 each and that value is not recovered by the Sponsor by reason of inactivity alone.
9.7 Unclaimed property. Where an Account remains dormant for an extended period, any Redeemable Sweeps Coin balance is dealt with under the unclaimed property law of the State of your last known address, which in certain States requires the Sponsor to report and remit the balance to the State. Your right to claim the balance, from the Sponsor or from the State, is preserved in accordance with that law.
9.8 Applicable dormancy period. The dormancy period applicable to a Redeemable Sweeps Coin balance is determined by State law and not by clause 9.2. State dormancy periods for unclaimed property are commonly measured in years and vary between States. Clause 9.2 governs when an Account is treated as Dormant and when Gold Coins and uncleared Bonus Sweeps Coins expire, and does not abridge the period allowed by your State in respect of a redeemable balance.
9.9 Notice before reporting to a State. Where a Redeemable Sweeps Coin balance approaches the dormancy period prescribed by the applicable State unclaimed property law, the Sponsor will give written notice to the email address and, where held, the postal address registered to your Account, not more than 180 days and not less than 60 days before reporting. The notice will state the amount, that the balance will be transferred to the State if you do not contact the Sponsor, the date by which you must act, and the means of claiming the balance from the State thereafter. Contacting the Sponsor, logging in, or redeeming will terminate the process.
9.10 Notice before dormancy expiry. Separately, the Sponsor will give notice not less than 7 days before Gold Coins or uncleared Bonus Sweeps Coins expire by reason of dormancy. Logging in following that notice clears it and resets the period at clause 9.2 in full.
9.11 Promotional windows. Sweeps Coins granted under a promotion may carry a shorter expiry, commonly 30 days from the date of grant. Where a promotion carries its own window, that window will be stated with the offer before you accept it and the expiry date will be displayed in your Account. A promotional window operates independently of clause 9.2, and activity on the Account does not extend a promotional grant beyond its stated expiry.
9.12 Relationship to other provisions. This clause 9 is separate from the Playthrough Requirement at clause 7, from the minimum redemption threshold at clause 11.1.1, and from the 60-day validity window applicable to posted requests under clause 6.3.3, which governs the request and not the balance.
10.1 Description. Boost Squad permits a participant to connect with participants whom they have invited to the Platform. Where connected participants are playing simultaneously, a multiplier is applied to the participant’s net winnings in a qualifying session and the resulting amount is credited after that session closes.
10.2 Status of Sweeps Coins credited. Sweeps Coins obtained through Boost Squad are Bonus Sweeps Coins. They carry the standard 1x Playthrough Requirement under clause 7.3 and are subject to the expiry and forfeiture provisions at clauses 8 and 9.
10.3 Activity-based. The multiplier is determined by the number of connected, verified participants online and not by expenditure. A participant who has made no purchase and a participant who purchases regularly receive the same multiplier for the same number of connected, verified participants online.
10.4 Published terms. The multiplier tiers, the contributing cap, the per-session and per-day limits, the eligibility requirements and the means of withdrawal are published in the Boost Squad Rules.
10.5 Availability. Boost Squad may not be available in every State and may be varied, suspended or discontinued at any time.
11.1 Conditions. To request a redemption you must:
11.1.1 hold a balance of not less than $20 in Redeemable Sweeps Coins (20 SC); and
11.1.2 have completed identity verification.
11.2 Terms of redemption. Redemptions are calculated at the rate of 1 SC = $1.00, are subject to a limit of $500 per 24-hour period, and are paid through the Sponsor’s redemption provider, MojoWallet. Higher limits may be made available to certain verified Accounts. The Sponsor may place a redemption on hold pending an identity, eligibility or compliance review, and may require an affidavit or declaration of eligibility.
11.3 Purchase-linked balances. Where the Redeemable Sweeps Coins being redeemed were obtained as a bonus accompanying a Gold Coin purchase, the first redemption is additionally subject to the Sponsor’s payment-risk controls, namely not fewer than two successfully completed purchases on the Account, a purchase within the preceding 90 days, and a hold of 30 days following the first purchase. These are anti-fraud controls applicable to purchased balances only.
11.4 Free entry. Sweeps Coins obtained through AMOE, a daily login bonus, Boost Squad, or a promotion are not subject to any purchase, deposit, purchase-recency or purchase-hold condition. A participant who has made no purchase may redeem Redeemable Sweeps Coins upon each Sweeps Coin having been played once, upon satisfying the minimum at clause 11.1.1, and upon completing identity verification. No further condition applies.
11.5 Further terms. The full terms applicable to redemption are set out at clause 16 of the Terms and Conditions.
12.1 Prizes are described at the time they are offered.
12.2 Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution is permitted save by the Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
12.3 Where lawful, a winner may be required to complete identity verification and to execute an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and a liability and publicity release before a prize is awarded.
13.1 The odds of obtaining a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries and upon gameplay.
13.2 The odds are the same across all methods of obtaining Sweeps Coins, including AMOE.
13.3 Boost Squad does not affect the odds of any game. Each game operates identically, at identical odds, irrespective of whether any connected participant is online and irrespective of whether a multiplier applies. A Boost Squad multiplier is applied after a session has closed, to the amount by which the participant finished ahead, does not affect any outcome within a game, and cannot convert a losing session into a winning one.
14.1 Where required by State law, certain prizes and game types are limited or unavailable as follows: in Florida, the maximum prize is $5,000 and card games are not available; in Georgia, card games and live dealer games are not available; and in Hawaii and West Virginia, card games are not available.
14.2 The games and prizes available to you may differ according to your location.
15.1 Winners are solely responsible for all federal, State and local taxes arising in respect of prizes.
15.2 Where required, prize redemptions reaching the applicable annual threshold, generally $600 or more in a calendar year, will be reported to tax authorities, and the Sponsor may be required to collect your Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number and to issue a tax form.
15.3 You must provide accurate and complete tax information on request.
15.4 Where required by law, the Sponsor may withhold a portion of a prize for federal or State taxes, including backup withholding where a valid taxpayer identification number has not been provided, and may be unable to release a redemption until the required information has been provided.
15.5 The Sponsor does not provide tax advice.
16.1 The Sponsor may verify the eligibility of any participant.
16.2 The Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the operation of the sweepstakes, opens or controls multiple Accounts, provides false information, or otherwise breaches these Rules or the Terms and Conditions.
16.3 Any attempt to obtain Sweeps Coins or prizes by fraud may be referred to the relevant authorities.
17.1 Where a game or the Platform malfunctions, the affected play is void and the Sponsor will correct the balance in accordance with clause 10 of the Terms and Conditions.
17.2 Correction of the balance is the participant’s sole and exclusive remedy.
18.1 Variation and cancellation. The Sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel the sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time, including where fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity.
18.2 Release. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release the Sponsor from all liability arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize.
18.3 Governing law. Any dispute arising out of the sweepstakes is governed by the dispute-resolution and governing-law provisions at clause 32 of the Terms and Conditions, which specify the State of Wyoming as the governing law and venue.
18.4 Access points at third-party venues. Certain access points to the Platform are hosted at independent businesses which may be compensated for hosting them or for referrals. Such businesses are not the Sponsor, are not agents of the Sponsor, and have no role in the sweepstakes: they do not accept entries, verify eligibility, award prizes, or determine any matter concerning the sweepstakes. Any benefit provided by such a business, including food, beverages or discounts, is provided by that business alone, does not constitute consideration for entry, and is not required in order to enter or to win. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to participate or to win. Clause 24 of the Terms and Conditions applies.
18.5 Deceased participants. Clause 27 of the Terms and Conditions governs the notification of the death of an Account holder and the treatment of balances.
19.1 Information collected in connection with the sweepstakes is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
