CLUB AXO LLC
Version 4.1 | Effective 1 September 2026 | 21+ | Play Responsibly
This Responsible Gaming Policy describes the measures adopted by Club AXO LLC (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) to support responsible participation on the Club AXO platform (the “Platform”). It applies to all users of the Platform and is to be read together with the Terms and Conditions, the Sweepstakes Rules, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Boost Squad Rules.
The Platform operates a no-purchase-necessary promotional sweepstakes and is intended for entertainment only. It does not constitute real-money gambling. The Company nonetheless recognises that some individuals develop unhealthy patterns of play, and provides the tools and resources described in this Policy to every user.
This Policy is written in plain language so that it is readily understood. Capitalised terms used but not defined have the meanings given in clause 1 of the Terms and Conditions.

1.1 The Company is committed to providing a safe and responsible environment for all users. Play is intended as entertainment and not as a means of generating income. The Company does not encourage excessive play.
1.2 The responsible-gaming programme is overseen by the Company’s Compliance Officer.
1.3 The Company’s personnel are trained to handle responsible-gaming requests promptly and without discouragement.
1.4 The Company reviews the programme not less than annually, including confirming that self-exclusions have been properly enforced.
2.1 Availability. The following tools are available at any time through your Account settings.
2.2 Deposit limits. You may set a maximum amount which you may spend on Gold Coin purchases per day, per week or per month. A reduction takes effect immediately. An increase or removal takes effect only after 24 hours, during which period you may cancel it. On reaching a deposit limit, purchases are blocked for the remainder of the applicable period. A deposit limit operates as a block and not as a notification.
2.3 Session time limits. You may set a maximum duration for a single play session, being 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours or 8 hours. On reaching the limit, the Company notifies you and prompts you to take a break or end the session.
2.4 Spending alerts. You may elect to be notified when your spending exceeds an amount you specify. A spending alert is a notification only and does not block play. Where a block is required, a deposit limit should be set under clause 2.2.
2.5 Reality checks. On-screen reminders of the duration of play, in accordance with clause 6.
2.6 Cool-off and self-exclusion. Facilities to take a short or extended break, in accordance with clauses 3 to 5.
2.7 Record. You may view your active limits, any pending changes and your responsible-gaming history at any time through your Account.
3.1 Durations. You may commence a cool-off of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days through your Account settings or by contacting support@clubaxo.com.
3.2 Commencement. A cool-off takes effect immediately and terminates any active game session.
3.3 Effect. During a cool-off you may not play or make purchases. You may log in, view your balances and history, complete a prize redemption, contact support and vary your responsible-gaming settings.
3.4 Boost Squad. During a cool-off you are not shown as online to any connected participant, do not count toward the multiplier of any participant, and will not receive Boost Squad invitations. Taking a break does not display your status to other participants.
3.5 Irrevocability. A cool-off may not be shortened or cancelled once commenced.
3.6 Expiry. Access resumes automatically on expiry of the cool-off and the Company will notify you.
4.1 Durations. You may self-exclude for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or on a lifetime basis.
4.2 Confirmation. Before a self-exclusion takes effect you will be required to confirm your election and to acknowledge that it cannot be reversed before it expires.
4.3 Commencement. A self-exclusion takes effect immediately and terminates any active game session.
5.1 Account lock. During a self-exclusion the Account is locked against all play. You may not log in to play, deposit, purchase, wager or commence a redemption. The wallet is locked and any open game sessions are closed.
5.2 Boost Squad. During a self-exclusion you are not shown as online to any participant, do not count toward the multiplier of any participant, may not receive a boost, and will not receive Boost Squad invitations.
5.3 Pending redemptions. A redemption submitted before the self-exclusion commenced will continue to be processed.
5.4 Permitted communications. You will continue to receive communications required by law, including identity-verification and tax notices, and may contact support concerning your exclusion status or to request responsible-gaming assistance.
5.5 No early reactivation. A self-exclusion may not be reversed, shortened or suspended before it expires. No member of the Company’s staff, management or leadership may override a self-exclusion. Where you request early return, the Company will provide problem-gambling support resources and will not reinstate the Account.
5.6 Expiry of a timed exclusion. A timed self-exclusion does not reactivate automatically. On expiry you must contact support to reinstate the Account, and a period of 24 hours applies before play or deposits resume. The Company will invite you to set responsible-gaming limits before you resume.
5.7 Lifetime self-exclusion. A lifetime self-exclusion permanently deactivates the Account. Any remaining Gold Coin balance is forfeited. Any Redeemable Sweeps Coin balance is processed for a final redemption, subject to identity checks. Reinstatement requires a written request, the approval of senior management, and a waiting period of 30 days.
6.1 Default. A reality-check reminder is displayed by default after 60 minutes of continuous play.
6.2 Frequency. You may set the reminder to display more frequently, at intervals of not less than 15 minutes. The reminder cannot be disabled.
6.3 Content. Each reminder displays the duration of play, the amount wagered, whether you are ahead or behind, the number of rounds played, and a support helpline.
6.4 Acknowledgement. You must acknowledge the reminder in order to continue play, and may instead elect to take a break or to set a limit.
7.1 Monitoring. The Company monitors Account activity for patterns which may indicate that play is becoming harmful, including sharply increasing deposits, extended sessions, and repeated attempts to increase limits.
7.2 Intervention. Depending on the pattern identified, the Company may display responsible-gaming information, contact you to offer assistance with setting limits, a cool-off or self-exclusion, or impose temporary limits or a mandatory cool-off pending contact with you.
7.3 Oversight. Interventions are overseen by the Compliance Officer and are recorded.
7.4 Discretion. The Company may apply responsible-gaming restrictions to any Account where it reasonably believes that continued unrestricted play presents a risk of harm.
7.5 Nature of an intervention. An intervention constitutes an offer of tools and support. It does not constitute a clinical assessment, a diagnosis, or any determination as to your health. Records created under this clause 7 are treated as sensitive information under clause 4 of the Privacy Policy.
8.1 Purpose. This clause 8 is provided for information. It is educational and is not a diagnostic instrument.
8.2 Indicators. The following are among the indicators which individuals, or those close to them, commonly observe:
8.2.1 playing for longer than intended, or finding it difficult to stop;
8.2.2 spending more than intended, or more than can comfortably be afforded;
8.2.3 returning in order to recover losses;
8.2.4 playing in order to relieve stress, worry, low mood or a difficult situation;
8.2.5 losing sleep, or allowing work, study, family or other commitments to lapse;
8.2.6 concealing the extent of play or expenditure from those close to you;
8.2.7 borrowing money, or selling possessions, in order to continue playing;
8.2.8 feeling restless, irritable or low when not playing;
8.2.9 feeling guilt or regret after playing; and
8.2.10 others expressing concern about your play.
8.3 Self-assessment. The National Council on Problem Gambling provides confidential self-assessments at ncpgambling.org. Those assessments state that they are not intended to be used as a diagnostic tool for gambling disorder.
8.4 No diagnosis by the Company. The Company does not diagnose any condition, does not provide treatment or medical advice, and does not score, rate or record any conclusion as to the health of any user.
8.5 Blocking software. Independent software is available to block access to gambling and sweepstakes websites across devices, including Gamban, GamBlock and BetBlocker. General parental-control software, including Net Nanny, may be used to restrict access on a shared device. The Company is not affiliated with any such provider and receives no consideration from any of them.
8.6 Concern for another person. Gam-Anon and the National Problem Gambling Helpline provide support to family and friends. The Company may be contacted at support@clubaxo.com; the Company cannot discuss another person’s Account but can describe the tools available and direct that person to assistance.
9.1 Design principles. Boost Squad is designed so that social play does not become pressure to play.
9.2 Practices the Company does not employ. The Company does not send countdowns or urgency prompts; does not notify you that another participant has won, or of the amount won; does not notify you that connected participants are playing without you or that a multiplier is unclaimed; and does not send push notifications for the purpose of returning you to play. The Company does not disclose the expenditure or winnings of any participant to any other participant.
9.3 No reward for extended play. The multiplier is determined solely by the number of connected, verified participants online, and is capped. Nothing in Boost Squad rewards longer play or greater expenditure.
9.4 Precedence of responsible-gaming controls. Every tool provided under this Policy takes precedence over Boost Squad. In particular:
9.4.1 during a self-exclusion, clause 5.2 applies;
9.4.2 during a cool-off, clause 3.4 applies; and
9.4.3 deposit, session and spending limits apply in full to any session, including a session commenced from Boost Squad, and reaching a limit terminates play irrespective of which participants are online.
9.5 Withdrawal. You may leave Boost Squad, or remove an individual connection, at any time through your Account settings, without giving reasons and without affecting Sweeps Coins already credited to you. No participant is informed of the reason a connection ended.
9.6 If participation ceases to feel optional. Playing because connected participants are online is unremarkable. A sense of obligation to be online when others are, or of letting others down by stopping, is a matter to which clause 8 is relevant. Boost Squad may be left without leaving the Platform, and a break may be taken without explanation to any other participant.
10.1 Assistance is available at any time, irrespective of the status of your Account, from the following organisations:
10.1.1 National Problem Gambling Helpline, operated by the National Council on Problem Gambling — call or text 1-800-GAMBLER, available 24 hours a day, or ncpgambling.org;
10.1.2 Gamblers Anonymous — gamblersanonymous.org;
10.1.3 Gam-Anon, for family and friends — gam-anon.org;
10.1.4 SAMHSA National Helpline — 1-800-662-4357; and
10.1.5 Crisis Text Line — text HOME to 741741.
10.2 The Company displays the notice “If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER” throughout the Platform.
11.1 During a cool-off or self-exclusion the Company suspends all promotional communications by email, push notification, SMS and in-app message, including Boost Squad invitations and reminders.
11.2 Following the expiry of a cool-off, promotional communications remain suspended for a further 7 days.
11.3 Communications required by law, including identity-verification, tax, security and legal notices, continue to be sent.
11.4 You may decline promotional communications at any time, without being on a break, through your Account settings, by the unsubscribe link in any message, or by email to marketing@clubaxo.com.
11.5 Receipt of a promotional communication during a cool-off or self-exclusion should be reported to support@clubaxo.com and will be corrected.
12.1 Minimum age. The Platform is restricted to persons aged 21 or over. Age is verified at registration.
12.2 Consequences of under-age participation. Where the Company finds that a person under 21 has accessed the Platform, it will permanently close the Account, void all gameplay, refund all deposits to the original payment method, forfeit all winnings, Sweeps Coin balances and pending redemptions, document and report the incident to the relevant authorities, and review any Linked Accounts.
12.3 Shared devices. Where a device is shared, credentials should not be saved, the “remember me” function should not be used, and parental-control software should be considered.
12.4 Access points. Access points hosted at third-party venues are operated by independent businesses which do not verify age on the Company’s behalf. The Company verifies age at registration and at each verification point described at clause 6 of the Terms and Conditions. A person under 21 is blocked irrespective of the means of access.
13.1 The Company’s promotional materials, sweepstakes offers and marketing communications emphasise that the Platform is for entertainment, do not present play as a source of income, do not encourage excessive participation, and do not misrepresent the likelihood of winning.
13.2 All advertising carries the notices “21+ Play Responsibly” and “1-800-GAMBLER”.
13.3 The Company does not direct promotions at any person who is subject to a cool-off or self-exclusion or who has been identified as at risk.
13.4 The Company’s agreements with Venue Hosts require equivalent standards, including that a Venue Host must not market to any person under 21, must not describe the Platform as gambling or as a means of generating income, must not encourage continued play, and must not offer any benefit conditional upon the amount a person plays or spends. Clause 24 of the Terms and Conditions applies.
14.1 Retention. The Company retains records of responsible-gaming activity, including limits and variations to them, cool-offs, self-exclusions, reality-check history and related Account activity, for not less than 7 years, as required by anti-money-laundering and gaming record-keeping rules.
14.2 Self-exclusion identifiers. In order to ensure that a self-exclusion cannot be evaded by opening a further Account, the Company retains certain identifying information in secured and encrypted form for so long as is necessary to enforce the exclusion, and may check and share limited self-exclusion information with State self-exclusion registries and cross-platform exclusion networks through its identity-verification provider.
14.3 Biometric information excluded. The periods at clauses 14.1 and 14.2 apply to responsible-gaming and self-exclusion records only. They do not extend the retention of biometric information or identity images, which are destroyed in accordance with clause 5.4 of the Privacy Policy.
14.4 Exemption from deletion. By reason of the obligations at clauses 14.1 and 14.2, responsible-gaming and self-exclusion records are not eligible for deletion notwithstanding a request to delete other personal information, and an Account subject to an active self-exclusion may not be deleted. Where a deletion request is made, the Company will notify you of the records retained. Information not subject to those obligations is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
15.1 Prohibition. Circumventing or attempting to circumvent the Company’s responsible-gaming tools is prohibited, including by opening multiple Accounts to evade a limit or exclusion, using the identity or payment method of another person, using a virtual private network or other means to evade the Company’s controls, or assisting any other person to do any of those things.
15.2 Consequences. Where circumvention is detected, the Company may suspend all Linked Accounts, forfeit balances, pending redemptions and prizes across those Accounts, and permanently close them without reinstatement.
15.3 Reporting. Where circumvention indicates fraud or money laundering, the Company may file reports with the relevant authorities and refer the matter to law enforcement.
16.1 A breach of responsible-participation standards, or an attempt to circumvent responsible-gaming tools, may result in restriction, suspension or termination of the Account in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the Sweepstakes Rules.
16.2 The Company may take such action as it considers necessary to maintain a responsible environment for its users.
17.1 The Company may amend this Policy from time to time to reflect evolving industry standards, its operational practices, or legal requirements.
17.2 The Company reviews this Policy not less than annually and on any significant platform or regulatory change.
17.3 An amended version takes effect on publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated.
Limits may be set, a cool-off activated, or a self-exclusion requested at any time through your Account settings or by contacting support@clubaxo.com. Responsible-gaming requests are handled by support alone; no request need be sent to more than one address.
